Lemotor testing system consists of a dynamometer dynamic controller, a dynamometer controller, a single-phase and three-phase DC parameter meter, an AC variable frequency power supply/DC power supply, fixtures, an industrial computer display, and a control console. It can arbitrarily change the load of the tested motor and directly measure the output torque, speed, and power of the motor under no-load, load, and locked rotor conditions. The software can achieve manual and automatic testing methods, complete no-load, load, and stall tests, and has functions such as drawing characteristic curves, storage, and printing.
1、 Main performance of motor testing system

2、 Function of motor testing system
1. Can control the on/off operation of the motor on the computer;
2. The system has manual and automatic testing modes (which can be operated without connecting to a computer), and the entire process can be implemented on the display controller on the control cabinet; Data can be latched for manual recording;
3. The system has an automatic testing mode: the load is automatically loaded according to the settings, and the characteristic curve of the scanning motor from no-load to locked rotor (or set value) is scanned;
4. The system has a fixed-point testing method: after the motor runs, the load automatically adjusts to the set value and runs stably at the set value;
5. Test results: The motor test data is displayed in the form of reports or curves, which can be printed and saved for easy querying of curves next time. The curve coordinate parameters (horizontal and vertical coordinates) can be adjusted.
