  • Analysis on Improving the Execution Power of Institutions

But with a reasonable and perfect system, it does not mean that enterprise managers can rest assured and believe that the enterprise will automatically and healthily continue to develop. The management situation has not been well improved for a long time, and the fundamental reason is the inadequate implementation of the system. Therefore, in order for enterprises to develop, they not only need a reasonable and perfect internal management system, but also need to put effort into improving the execution of the system.     1、 The establishment of the system should be serious, reasonable, and feasible. When formulating a system, one must first have a long-term and global perspective, ensuring that the system can be used within 3 to 5 years after its introduction. Otherwise, frequent modifications will only reduce the authority of the system.     To ensure the effective implementation of institutional provisions, the competent department may also conduct regular or irregular examinations or spot checks on relevant personnel. The examination content does not necessarily require too much, comprehensive, or difficult content, but only to promote the necessary learning and mastery of relevant institutional documents by relevant personnel. 3、 Strengthen the supervision of institutional implementation.

Only in this way can employees regard the system as a "high-voltage line" and dare not take chances. But in some enterprises, there are still arguments and behaviors such as "the system is dead, people are alive" and "if we all follow the system, we cannot accomplish things", which is a major taboo of the system. It makes some people feel that the so-called 'high-voltage lines' may not be electrified and have loopholes to exploit. So, only by facing the system seriously, leading cadres taking the lead in taking responsibility, and minimizing personal subjectivity, can we enhance the execution power of the system and maximize its influence.
