3. The overvoltage protector of the cable shielding layer is short circuited, and the corresponding end cable metal shielding layer or metal sleeve is temporarily grounded.

4. If the cable head is directly connected to the GIS, the GIS should meet the operating conditions, and the Pt and lightning arrester inside the GIS should be disconnected during the test.

5. If the cable head is installed on a tower, the shielding layer of the cable and the non test phase are connected to the ground, and the tower cannot replace the ground wire. Special ground wires must be connected to the frequency conversion resonance system.
