UHV-315 Transformer Test Bench
Introduction
The transformer comprehensive test bench is an integrated test equipment used for factory testing, acceptance testing, maintenance testing, and preventive testing of power transformers, distribution transformers, and certain special transformers. It integrates multiple functions such as power supply, voltage regulation, measurement, control, data acquisition, and safety protection into a single platform, enabling multiple electrical performance tests to be carried out, thereby improving test efficiency and accuracy.
Application scenarios
Manufacturing plants (factory testing): After product completion, complete a full set of tests—including no-load loss, load loss, turns ratio, DC resistance, and withstand voltage—in a single session to determine whether the product meets specifications and issue a test report.
Operation/maintenance workshops (fault diagnosis): After a transformer has experienced a short circuit or after a cover-lifting overhaul, focus on testing short-circuit impedance (to assess winding deformation) and DC resistance (to check tap changer contacts) to evaluate whether it can be safely returned to service.
New energy/infrastructure sites (acceptance testing): After equipment arrives and is installed, perform on-site turns ratio and insulation tests to verify that no damage occurred during transportation and installation, ensuring it can be safely energized.
Corporate electrical departments (periodic preventive maintenance): During annual inspections for users in industries such as steel, chemicals, and data centers, monitor insulation aging and leakage current to prevent unexpected power outages.
Additionally, it provides an external CT interface for system capacity expansion.
The measurement module is fully controlled by a single-chip microcomputer (MCU), which performs synchronous sampling and automatic processing of test data. This advanced approach eliminates the manual calculation errors inherent in traditional methods that rely on separate readings from voltmeters, ammeters, and power meters. All results are displayed digitally in real time.
